The management team of a commercial complex was tracking lease agreements manually. By the time they reviewed their records, a batch of agreements had already expired two months prior. Rents were still being collected at the old rate, and the incremented amounts that should have applied at renewal were never charged. The revenue was lost quietly, not because of a dispute, but because there was no system in place to flag it. That gap became the starting point for Swaraj.

The dashboard was built around one question: what does a manager need to see before a small gap becomes a real loss?

Early Detection: Leases, Rent, and Bills are tracked side by side across every month of the year, so a manager can scan down the list and immediately spot a month where lease activity spikes.

Clear Action: Each category breaks down into specific statuses like expiring, paid, or pending, so the manager knows exactly what needs attention, not just a total number.

Bigger Picture: The occupancy and income-expenditure charts connect these day-to-day details to overall portfolio performance. Together, this moves a manager from awareness to action to impact, all from one screen.
